Enjoyable work environment, The pay is satisfying, and projects are fun. Its also a flex being able to say you work at one of the 'FANG' corporations.
Cons
Politics is the only way to get ahead and be ready to be passed up for promotions or more responsibilities by those who play the game better, even if their work is terrible.
