I loved my time at Netflix. I had to leave because I was moving away but they treated me so well. Good pay, good coworkers, crazy hours sometimes but it was worth it. Great perks, beautiful offices and incredible benefits! If you get the chance, work here!

Cons

You WILL be worked hard. Don't expect to skate by, ever.
