Pros

- prestige title - high EU salary - reproductive / family benefits - burnout leave - company credit card

Cons

- HR has no role in upholding the famous Netflix culture - directors who lead a toxic team have all the power to keep the status quo as well as their jobs. - there is no accountability upwards of some directors or people managers who have constantly received negative feedback. - teams are regularly made to fight for their existence and compete with other teams. (Re-orgs happen constantly, it’s a matter of when not if) - there is no work life balance. - there is no inclusivity.
