      - Freedom to do your job - fully remote

      - Monthly payslip isn't detailed, Netkope should be worried about transparency and provide a detailed description how many over time hours do we get paid, what is the amount for holidays and on call in separate amounts, some months it's all accumulated in a single amount and you don't really know what are you getting paid. - The Vesting date for the stock plan was pushed 2 additional months, this was a bad move for me, I should be employee for more time to vest. I know company went public but moving the vesting dates wasn't a good move for me. - new phone support process adds additional load,

      Execs are approachable and will do whatever it takes to help customers Platform is the best in the industry - validated by all major analysts Open culture, everyone is motivated to help customers and foster the explosive growth Netskope customers are loyal and collaborative - if they succeed, we succeed. Our Partners/Integrators are a main reason why we are a leader in the SASE space - they have stood by us and believed in our company and direction from the early days. They have educated their customers on the value of Netskope. Our Tech Partners have also done an incredible job of promoting our company and helping to integrate our platform with our customer's existing solutions.

      Cons

      With rapid growth, we need to keep an eye on work/life balance. Ensure that all employees are enjoying in our success.
