      Pros

      Able to stay in business for 5 years. Offer free coffee and snacks. Has some really good customers. Was able to raise over $200 million.

      Cons

      Ceo is weak. Lacks leadership skills and is wishy washy and indecisive. Company is headed for a fall. schedules and sales being missed. Most employees unhappy just waiting to get out. culture is opposite of published, it is harrassing , non-collaborative, free for all. can never make it like this.

      Great company culture. Good work life balance. Pays good. No Politics. Product is very good. So many learning oppurtunities. Best startup to work for.
