      Many clowns in management

      Pros

      The technology is quite interesting and with potential. Good engineering team and many great talented people.

      Cons

      Senior level management turned out to be a bunch of clowns. They care less about the people that works for them regardless of the huge effort people puts in to the task and mission. They let you build up then they take your work and do less of you taking credit. No credit nor recognition for major milestones achieved. Horrible company culture and worst experience by far in my 25 year career.
