      Pros

      - Multi talented people. - Vision of CEO is Great ( Special Mention : Sanjay Beri, CEO ( Marvel Name : Tony Stark ) ) - Great Culture. - Compensations & stock options are good. - Supportive & Understanding ( Special Mention : Alok Kothari ( Marvel Name : Dr Strange ) , MD, India ) - Product seem to have great scope.

      Cons

      - A regional people tyranny exists . It has to be evaded ( improving culture) in order to prevent more hatred among employees. - More employee perks can be given to make employee happier and healthier.

      Pros

      - Superb work-life balance for a startup (though the early-stage days were understandably longer hours) - Challenging engineering problems being solved - Steady stream of new product feature requirements keeps things fresh - Fun group and company activities - Large market opportunity provides great outlook for the future of the company - Strong customer base already, with renewals common

      Cons

      - Some lack of continuing education/learning culture - Stock dilution with no associated compensation (such compensation is rare to have at any startup though)

      Pros

      I have been with netskope for more than 2 years now. 3 things that standout: 1) People you work with. We have some great engineering talent in here. 2) Product you deliver to customers. Solving real world problem with innovations coming across the board. 3) Culture: No politics, transparent information sharing across all levels. Benefits are good. Compensation is upto market standards.

      If you don't like to take responsibilities and ownership, this is not the place for you!
