      Remote work option but lacks job security and learning

      remote working possible , this is the only pro here.

      Cons

      Nothing get to learn here, they hire for one profile and then you will be assigned some random tasks. No job security, since this company is recently listed , they started cost cutting. Also work culture not good, always high pressure and managers are not that technical, feels like startup.

      silent layoff globally - Employees are terminated abruptly and without warning. One moment they're on Slack, working hard and helping their teammates. The next, their accounts are disabled and they're removed from the organization entirely—as if they were never part of the team. Never know who will be the next
