Pros

Netsmart provides exceptional solutions in the behavioral health and substance use sectors. Their key strength lies in their solutions, integrations, and interoperability with various modules such as RCM, case management, and Telehealth. The interoperability of their solutions is particularly noteworthy. The teams responsible for managing interoperability are highly skilled.

Cons

Resources are very limited. Most of the team, including senior sales executives, are aware of the challenges in coordinating resources. This includes everything from scheduling product subject matter experts to getting engineering teams to address functionality issues.

Pros

Great vision and leadership shares the company's focus and roadmap. Most people enjoy the work.

Cons

The company overcommits to clients its ability to deliver support and develop defect resolutions and implementations. Support and engineering staff are too thin and overwhelmed.
