      Continued company growth and rapid change. Talented associates, cross-functional teamwork and collaboration, positive energy and attitudes. Associates empowered to lead and have direct impact on process/team/organizational improvement. Leadership generally.accessible, willing to listen and open to new ideas...even if they don't always agree with them.

      Cons

      Continued company growth and rapid change present challenges to some current processes. This can make day to day tasks challenging/frustrating for associates who are kept very busy meeting increasing demands on their time. If you're not up for the challenges that come with a dynamically changing company, probably not the place for you. If you're not a team player, probably not the best fit for you.
