Pros

It wasn't easy but the co-workers i worked with directly were awesome! They are not perfect, just like every workplace, but their troubles made me stronger as I worked diligently to get through them every day! They need to work on retention of their valuable employees that know what they are doing. I witnessed so much change in leadership and it was their greatest weakness. If they would only pay some of their empoyees to keep them instead of just paying someone to answer calls they would be so much better off. I would still recommend anyone to them because of the valuable skills I learned along the way. Again, no organization is perfect, but they treated me well. I cannot say the same for others that i worked along side throughout my 12 months I was employed.

Cons

It can be stressful at times.

Pros

Great people, great company to let you come in with no experience, flexible hours and good pay

Cons

no training, high turnover, if you are any kind of asset you will leave and go make more money elsewhere.
