- top level leadership is not capable of building this company any further. - During my time (1.5 years), many of the decent managers that i came there for ended up leaving the company. These positions were back filled by incompetent individuals with zero leadership knowledge/experience. They were never trained on how to be effective leaders or managers and cut lose to belittle the employees and eventually drive most away. - Unprepared people are being promoted to Sr. manager and Director level roles here that are entirely undeserving and have no idea how to build successful teams. - Use common sense -- read the reviews on here if you want to see what working here will be like. If they start valuing actual talent and hiring real managers and leaders, you would probably start seeing some better reviews... Don't check back too often for that.

There is poor leadership at all levels. The tools to successfully do your job aren't there. There is an underlying, systemic problem that hurts all departments at all levels.
