straightforward job business casual culture Number of benefits, mainly for health (health, dental, prescription, PT and teledoc)

Cons

really small holiday bonus (got a "christmas card" asking me to take courses to win a gift card + 1/4 my usual paystub) management gets concerned if you take more than 1 month PTO
