Great benefits but poor management support and growth opportunities

Pros

"Unlimited" PTO (RTO) WFH Days Decent/Competitive Compensation compared to other MSPs in the state

Cons

Lack of support from upper management for lower level Support Analysts.. Management always takes POCs side and do not mind writing you up for minor mistakes Work life balance is awful, expect to work most holidays and RTO on first come first serve basis Praise with no clear growth path expect to stay stagnant regardless of certifications/degrees/years of experience Constant Restructures

Pros

Work from home. Team effort. Collaborative efforst with colleagues. They listen to each and everyone's voices in terms of the feedbacks for the management. What they can do more, what can we do more to contribute more success to the whole team and the company itself. The equipments are being provided by the company itself. Career opportunity wise - Yes for me.
