Pros
Pros includes high salary, permanent work from home and they provide brand new equipment.
Cons
Cons, high salary because they do not pay taxes to Philippines, you will get your salary full without sss,taxes government mandated contribution, no health card insurance too. They will terminate the employee without a process. So if the HR messaged you randomly, be ready for a termination. They do not provide the right compensation like pro rated 13th month after. This is the worst.
