      What truly sets NDi apart from my experiences at other companies is the confidence they place in their employees. This environment is one where you're trusted to untangle complexities within your contracts and teams on your own terms, yet you always have the reach-back and support you need. Additionally, NDi puts a lot of thought into showing their appreciation for employees through family and team events, bonuses, professional growth opportunities, flexible work environment, and overall supportive and genuinely caring leadership and management teams.

      Cons

      One area of improvement is communication. Clearer and more frequent or alignment on company-wide updates would make the experience even better.

      NDi demonstrates genuine care for its employees, and the organization is experiencing impressive growth, making it an exciting place to work.       Pros

      The pay is better than average.

      Cons

      The benefits are below standard. 401(k) takes 5 years to vest. PTO is awful for a government contractor in the DC area or any other type of employment I've seen. Communication is nonexistent. Bosses threaten you if you talk to HR. They legitimately do not care at all about their employees' welfare. Do not work for this company unless the alternative is bankruptcy and even then I'd give serious thought to bankruptcy.
