Pros

- Great for development if motivated. - Good salary and OT opportunities. - Union protection. - Stability. - Access to very good training programmes. - Flexible rosters. - Good work / life balance. - High level of autonomy and responsibility. - Mostly good management.

Cons

- Outdated IT systems (ipads, laptops & phones) - PPE provided is not the best and differs between routes based on tight budgets at a manager's discretion. - Leadership can focus on agendas that make little sense or have little impact on employees. - Lacking employee benefits like healthcare and insurance.
