Pros

Great culture and some incredible kind people all over the business. Highly supportive environment and great work life balance. So many different sides of the business you get to be exposed to!

Cons

a lot of the work taking place takes longer than expected because of bureaucracy or lack budget. If you want to make the most of the graduate scheme you have to be very proactive and ask for work that challenges you, otherwise it's very easy to get stuck in work that is not as intellectually stimulating as you'd like.
