      Plenty of opportunity to progress as there are constant re-organisations and since it's a national company, if you are flexible then you can really take advantage

      Cons

      If you don't like constant change & need a secure permanent position then they maybe not for you

      Plenty of opportunity to climb the ladder. The work is varied and very flexible. Work in interesting areas of the business and make great connections.

      Cons

      Overly political at times. Areas of the organisation are protective and entrenched. It can be very hard to effect change
