      Pros

      Decent salary, interesting work, not an office bound role as there's plenty of travel to various sites across London.

      Cons

      The comms team has ambitions but they're stuck in old routines/old thinking habits that ultimately hold them back from producing exciting work. This particular role has no opportunity for growth. It became repetitive very quickly.
