Only work 4 days a week, 28 days off a year as well as 8 bank holidays, or if you opt to work the bank holidays you get the day back to use as a floating day whenever.

Cons

Cutting staff numbers while workload remains the same. 3 weeks n/s to 1 week d/s so work life balance isn't great.
