Pros

They have some great benefits here, but that’s about it.

Cons

The staff don’t have a clue what they are doing, and hire people without training them. Then being confused when they don’t know how to complete a task properly because they have not been trained. Managers will talk bad about their own team to other members of the team, and then when you raise it to a higher up, they say there’s no way they would have said that. I can’t believe how awful they treat their staff here, and get away with it. The older staff form a team and bully the younger staff. My mental health was suffering so much I lost hair and weight in 3 months, and my manager said “you can’t cope with a job like this” instead of showing any ounce of concern! Poor training, poor management, toxic culture.
