Frequent org changes/restructures. A shift in culture is needed, but will take time.

Pros

Pay is great for the role. When things run smoothly shifts are very pleasant. 12 hour shifts mean an average 3 days at work a week, and plenty of premiums too (Sundays/Overtime/Bank holidays/Nights ) so advertised pay is never what you actually receive.

Cons

365 days a year job. Shift work. Do have to work weekends etc.
