Pros

Colleagues are great and dedicated Benefits decent

Cons

Long hours for no overtime, but expected to work more than your contracted hours You’re just a number these days and on constant threat of being displaced to the amount of organisation changes which are cutting staff massively. Senior leadership is poor, making changes for changes sake that end up doing a 360 listen to your workforce where the experience is, it’s costly everytime and a complete waste of money Company is now silo’d by changes made PPF in 2019-2020, which in term created specialist teams now only working for one region not nationwide. Company is now disjointed and many staff are leaving in droves because of the uncertainty of whether they will have a job now or in GBR? Poor communications on the changes.
