- friendly coworkers - safety culture of organisation

Cons

- No choice in placement location. Had to relocate - no rotation for placement, but potential to get experience in other teams if organised personally - placements not managed by graduate team. would be useful if they connected placement students with graduates tolearn what it would be like to join the company in that capacity
