Pros

Good work life balance. Good benefits. If you're a coward and don't mind not speaking the truth then you'll fit right in

Cons

Not enough people to do the work. Telling the truth to leadership will have you blacklisted. Bullies get promoted to leadership positions. No emotional intelligence in leaders. I was told by several "leaders" that it's just a game and I need to play it better.

Pros

no mechanism to progress through the pay ranges, band 4's get shafted on payrises yearly whilst high paid seniors do everything to protect their pathetic little empires

Cons

senior management protect each other, especially when it comes to nepotism and bullying
