Thank you for your honest review.. It's always difficult reading about a poor experience. We're working hard to remove bureaucracy and the Putting Passengers First programme is proving lots of opportunity for devolved decision making, something that we have seen really come into it's own during the COVID 19 crisis. We hope that sometime in the future you might consider a return to Network Rail but in the meantime we wish you every success for the future.
