Pros

Benefits are really good Can have really friendly managers Office is nice Easy to move internally

Cons

Promote the wrong people Not suitable for working mothers Current manager is not a nice person who was recently promoted! The person sees themselves above everyone and is trying to push women out of the team. pregnant and working this manager treated me in a horrible way and has made staff cry! refused flexible work even though I cant afford childcare! My manager who had recruited me was really nice and understood personal or family problems unlike the current one. The current manager give you too much work that no one can do within the hour and stops you from talking to your colleagues or taking any breaks!
