Pros

A wide range of opportunities, some very passionate and talented people.

Cons

It’s a large and at times complex organisation with a lot of policies and procedures that govern a lot of activity.

Pros

Generally good pay structure compared to most other places. Mostly really nice staff (except from some of the old BR staff who could be difficult to work with) Management was good and they were generally supportive. Good career opps.

Cons

IT really slow (to the point staff could not work effectively) To much autocracy it was painfully slow dealing with HR and Payroll. Quite an isolated work environment as a lot of work is remote and away from your base as its a national company.
