Hi and thank you so much for providing a review, really pleased that you find the culture and work as positive. We're working hard to remove bureaucracy and the Putting Passengers First programme is proving lots of opportunity for devolved decision making, something that we have seen really come into it's own during the COVID 19 crisis. Please do chat to your line manager or through our Putting Passengers First Yammer group for any suggestions you think could help us to continually improve. Thanks again.

Pros

Good working hours, good development and progression opportunities on the grad scheme, lots of opportunity for funded study, good pension scheme and pay, friendly staff

Cons

Lots of travel (could be a pro or con depending on the person and situation - I love it), no benefits outside traditional workplace benefits I.e organised drinks/meals/events, long processes and slow to change, lack of representation and diversity in senior positions

Thank you for your review and good to see so many positives from your graduate scheme experience. It's really useful to gain your insight and we'd encourage you to share your ideas across the business, either with your line manager or by joining one of our key projects for Putting Passengers First. We're seeing really positive changes across the business and it's key that colleagues across Network Rail bring their ideas to this. So please do get involved.
