Exciting and growing sector. Well managed at HQ. There are lots of opportunities to move around the company.

Cons

Undergoing a transformation as new ways of working permeat from the centre, but is taking a long time.

Stuck in Limbo & trapped in a function

Good pension Good annual leave entitlement Can be flexible depending on team Large company for development (if you can get out)

Cons

Rewarding staff is limited (non existent) Difficult to move forward and develop depending on the function you are in
