Pros

Wide range of opportunities across the company, great colleagues and a good employer. Good development opportunities and work life balance.

Cons

Large, bureaucratic and disjointed but no different to any other large public sector organisation. Bullying also does exist in many parts of the organisation.

Thanks for your review! It is always heart warming to hear from our current or former employees that we are a great company to work for! Regarding travelling for your project, we try to encourage technology where possible as an alternative to showing a physical presence although that's not always possible.
