Pros

The range of roles Network Rail has on offer is huge and well compensated for an arms length government body. Roles range from large engineering projects to telecommunications operations.

Cons

The company is going through some challenging times resulting in lots of reorganisations and scarcity of funding. This means it can be frustrating getting things done.
