      Somethings things are bit slow and you have to take things into your hands. Maintenance team can be abit slow too

      There may seem to be a lot of polices in place for discipline but these can actually be used to your advantage if you do your homework

      far too many levels of management, employee care gets lost. risk of re organisation every year, and poor training.
