Pros

No two shifts were the same which kept the job interesting and challenging. Working in a team environment made the workplace enjoyable.

Cons

There was very little training due to budget restrictions for frontline staff. Transparency of pay had made career progression very hard unless you were willing to take a pay cut whilst taking on much more responsibility.
