A frustrating place to work

Pros

Good team, supportive managers. Flexible working opportunities

Cons

Poor pay, lack of opportunities to progress within Asset Information unless based at head office, reliance on consultancy firms that fail to deliver and are never held accountable. The pay structure is really messed up. People a band lower than you, doing a less skilled job, can easily be earning more due to length of service. No free travel.
