      Well structured, support in place, opportunities to progress academically

      Cons

      No opportunity to progress up the ladder as managers are too comfortable in their jobs. Some managers get away with far too much.

      Pros

      Wide range of opportunities across the company, great colleagues and a good employer. Good development opportunities and work life balance.

      Cons

      Large, bureaucratic and disjointed but no different to any other large public sector organisation. Bullying also does exist in many parts of the organisation.
