Pros

A great company to work for - the life here is what you make it.

Cons

HR processes are not the best and the integration of IT and iPad apps isn't the best however it's all evolving - just a bit too slowly.

Pros

There are some really good people

Cons

A culture of fear, intimidation and bullying that goes un-addressed, even when highlighted to HR. So much is covered up and the company is in the dark ages in so many areas. Having endured many, many years in the hope of change, I feel this is very unlikely this century! I would never recommend NR unfortunately.
