      Relatively good benefits package Job security Flexible working arrangements Commitment to customer and staff safety and wellbeing

      Job security has led to a significant number of unproductive 'coasters' that aren't effectively managed. Rigid pay rates struggle to attract the best staff Lack of decision making - a struggle to get things done.
