For a large company they are okay. However many people I know that work for other companies are better off.

Sick pay, holiday pay. Large knowledge base.

Cons

Not forward thinking. Not proactive. Too many managers and not enough ground staff. Seems that too many graduates with no experience are in management grades and don't know enough about how the Railway works to do the job properly.
