Pros

Good work/life balance. People are knowledgeable. Form permanent staff there is probably good opportunities.

Cons

Some Director's and senior managers do not lead by example. They ask junior staff to check up on contractor's and you are left looking over your shoulder all the time. Also they employ unskilled people to do management rolls and they take the credit for the work other's have done.
