Pros

Good co-workers. Some very smart people work here. Nice office perks(beer, ping pong, snacks...). Good pay, benefits with lots of time off.

Cons

All the decisions are made at the top level and management. Too many meetings with the same people talking. Instead of promoting from within we hire people from the outside to be managers.

Pros

Good for people that just graduated and are looking to work with big name brands and possibly get promoted.

Cons

Promotions have become more and more scarce due to office politics. Leadership lacks transparency and does not focus on the service side of the business.

Pros

La Croix and plenty of WFH opportunities.

Cons

Unreal. Lies and misrepresentation abound. They’re completely lost, and it’s even worse after the acquisition. Terminated people and wouldn’t allow them to understand why, or for what, and no clarity to their respective teams. Internal promotions to only those in the clique, even if experience is lacking. Overall, here’s what’s up: No training. No guidance. No support. No consideration. This place is the startup personification of a Trump administration. Do better, find somewhere else.
