Great work life balance, people are really friendly and employees are given the opportunity to move around within different departments

Cons

Salary maybe a little lower on average compared to other plays but this in turn is compensated by the great work life balance the company provides.

- Above average compensation, but great benefits, bonus etc. - Good work life balance. - Very smart people to work with. - Nice promotional track with no politics. - Management is good too. - Rapidly growing company with new client base increasing constantly

Cons

Not any that I can think of. Tuition reimbursement at the subsidiary level is very low for the employees who wants to pursue graduate degrees. At the parent level it is very reasonable.
