Monday through Friday work schedule would be the only positive thing about this job/company. You have high hopes, going in, but it doesn’t take long to discover the truth.
Cons
No PTO or paid holidays for non-exempt, hourly employees. This company has loyal folks who have worked for them for 14+ years and they do not give them PTO of any kind. It’s shameful. These are the employees who put in all the hard work and meet goals daily, who get nothing in return. Managers with this company delegate ALL of their duties onto lower level employees. I have never witnessed a lazier management team than I have with this company. They will take your ideas and suggestions and pass them off as their own in a heartbeat. The word integrity is not something you would use to describe Neubus (managers and company on a whole) at all.
