      A good place to get experience to move on to a better company.

      Cons

      Working here was a dead end with no chance of career advancement. This was the only company I ever worked for that didn't give annual raises or any incentives whatsoever. Without any miracle, whatever rate you were hired at would be the same thing you would receive for as many years as you stay with them.

      Some of the employees here are great individuals

      The business is little more than a bait and a sham, preying on individuals for the sole purpose of raising revenue to feed the ego of a few executives while proudly announcing that this company is the fastest growing company in its industry. They promise to share the profits to everyone, and all is included in getting rich, but the owners are the only one doing so. This company is a total and complete sham.
