Absolute nightmare. Steer clear of this company if you value your sanity and career.

I cannot think of a single reason to work here. If I was begged to come back for quadruple the salary, I would not.
Cons
CEO and CTO are involved in 99% of the meetings/emails. During these conversations, they belittle their employees, always want to prove why others are "wrong", and make it a point to tell employees that they just aren't good enough. Office politics are horrible. The main software development team has an ego for no reason, refuses to show up to meetings to go over deadlines, won't take time to discuss things, and then blames everyone but themselves. Top level management is a clique who belittles everyone else. The place is swimming with project managers, and every time a new one is hired, one leaves. Extremely high turnover. One of the PMs quit 3 weeks after joining. Nobody has any clue what is going on at any given point, CEO swaps deadlines and expectations around 24/7 with no clear indication of what anyone needs to be working on, and then complains that nobody knows what they are doing. This company is a toxic graveyard, and I think the rest of the reviews here can speak to that. 10 days of PTO, literally no raises/bonuses/promotions, benefits cost almost 2x what they cost elsewhere... Stay away. You were likely messaged privately on Indeed or another social media by HR.. that is where this nightmare all starts.
