      One thing. It is a job.

      Cons

      No paid Holidays. No paid Sick time. No paid time off. Clock out to go to bathroom. Unorganized lead, supervisors, hr, interviewer, & workspace. Instructions on assignment is unclear. Everything you do is wrong. Gross workspace. Trash everywhere. Old food. no trash take out. smelly, & dirty. No assignment/work no pay til next assignment. No guarantee you will have work all month or tomorrow.

      Pros

      * You get to work on different projects from front end to back end, but it may vary among different teams. * The team is willing to embrace cutting-edge technologies, and refactor the projects when needed. * Very friendly co-workers. Some of them are pretty smart. Everyone is willing to help each other grow. No politics whatsoever. * The supervisor is nice. He does listen to the team and value their opinions, thus you are more than welcomed to be creative and initiative. * Endless snacks, coffee, tea, and different kinds of beverage.

      Cons

      * Maybe offer better compensation and benefits. You can get by when you are single, but you probably need more money if you are going to raise to family.
