There's no growth here. Working here would be good enough for a year or two but it would not be wise to spend a long time because you'd be stuck without any growth in your career. You'd better off leaving and look for other jobs that would ensure your career growth.

The CEO was inappropriate and abusive in his dealings with even his best employees. He valued money and money alone. No one in the top management position had any prior industry experience in product development or marketing. They were a bunch of incompetents who were doing nothing all day but sit on their high chairs.
