STAY AWAY!

Pros

-*Most* families/clients are wonderful to work with -*Most* staff were tolerable

Cons

-Constant client cancelations -Disorganized clinic -Little effort to find client hours for employees -Lack of empathy and understanding for illnesses -Thrown into challenging environments that were not disclosed prior to arrival -Little to no knowledge given about ASD or ABA

Great to start off, but not if you want to expand your career in the field!

Pros

● Through paid training ● Assigned to clients quickly as soon as trained ● Mostly supportive BCBA's

Cons

● Lack of diversity ●Closed door kind of administration ● Too lenient with patents, felt like a baby sitting /daycare job at times ● Passive-aggressive administration and some BCBA's ● No clear program for RBT's who desire to become LBS or BCBA ( figure it out on your own kind of culture)
