Pros

Company is growing, creating lots of career/position and geographic opportunities and mobility; focus appears to be on selecting quality employees vs. "filling" positions; their reputation for high quality clinical and behavior services is unsurpassed in the region.

Cons

Not a con--but the company is committed to providing high quality care and services -- so, performance standards are high given the importance of the work and patient population.
